CULASI

Culasi is the center of Northern Antique and one of the crown glories of the province itself. It is located 90 km north from San Jose de Buenavista and 88 km west of Kalibo, Aklan. It is known fact that this bustling town home the highest point on Panay Island. Mt. Madja-as is 2,177 meters above sea level and is the tallest mountain on Panay. The summit is approximately 137 degrees inclination. It has 14 waterfalls cascading down its slopes. Culasi have also three islands namely Malalison, Batbatan and Maningning and fishing is there source of living.
